Are their biuld with ok DPS and low RPM? I now there are chill builds but I want to go a bit into raids and strikes with a new guild and dont want to be a dead dps slot. Maybe a boon dps biuld that can be used a bit in open world to get more of a feeling for it.

The Guardian skill 2 has a flip skill that cancels the charge! You know what desperately needs this? Ele off-hand dagger 4 (Ride the Lightning).

My guild is obsessed with fb. We run 30 or 40 squad daily and there always 1 fb per 3 or 4 people. Almost mandatory but I’ve never played fb but I want to study and learn. Once I get some basic tips I’ll dive in. I usually play pve for a bit then work my way to wvw

The magic circle bs on the elementalist sums up perfectly what Arenanet devolved into: all style, no thought behind it. Like anyone thinks about it for 1 minute will realize that if the elementalist can't turn that shit off, they going to be the number 1 player who gonna lay down on the ground when any mechanic happens that involves not stepping into red, especially with the dog poop defenses and HP it has.

I think what they should do for ele is have a specific option to turn off the effects on their side if they’re gonna be in a strike/raid where they need to watch for aoes

I would like to rebut your claim that Necromancer keep getting weapons that are not Necro weapons, I disagree with this because every weapon is a Necro weapon as they all help you make the target a potential candidate to be your next minion. Hunter: Meh, Necro: Busted! (rip boons). Guardian: maybe ok for support. Longhorn: don't get the burger at a steakhouse (duh). Thief: invis, unlimited blocks, they're going to love it. Warrior: zerker's delight. Engi: condi blender. Mesmer: another power dps build but is it as good? Rev: who cares they suck to play. Ele: finally another max range weapon! Too bad it's screen/ground cancer but with more habooba.

I so much appreciate the new icons. Last beta I basically didnt feel like playing much because all the same icons for every class made it very hard to actually get a feel for the very diffrent weapons.

I'm upset about necromancer. WHY IS IT POWER. we have so much power weapons, but no support! I would have even preferred a condi weapon. So disappointed we got the power pvp/wvw weapon basically. I hate it

how is lifesteal and boon fuckage not necromancy related? Not everything necromancy is just raising the dead. I understand ppl saying harbinger wasn't. Harbinger, though I haven't really played it, seemed more like Witch doctor kind of shit. But lifesteal, boon suppress, debuff shit seems very necro to me.

@19:20 they could change it to triple stack and have, starting from the bottom utility, buff, debuff. utility on the bottom as they tend to last the longest ie food/oils/banners/consumables/jadbot/achievement/effects.

as usual Rev using the weapon for its not intended purpose cause to me it seems they are using it to cast like a staff or wand haha.

If Anet is going to bake mechanics into the weapons going forward, then the game would highly benefit from the buff bar organisation/rework OR give weapon associated buffs priority to be first on the left.

My instant opinion of the guardian, the symbol should be on the same button as other weapons not 5, i see why they made it 5 because of the CC, but the symbol should still be on the 3 like other weapons.

The necromancer skill 2 should have the icon change based on your number of soul shards stacked, if that’s the skill that consumes them. Edit: I’m further in the video now and I think this should apply to any of the unique buffs, like clarity or luminance. If they’re not wanting to change the class mechanic UI elements, they should have the skill icons change based on the application of the buff.

Heart broken there's no condi on the ranger spear. Thats 3 weapons in a row that have had no condi.
